Shuttle Details:
Bus departs hotel ONE TIME ONLY so you will want to arrive 15 minute early to hotel lobby
We plan to arrive at the track in time to enjoy pre-race festivities and most pre-race pit passes, but please note some circumstances may be beyond our control so arrival time is not guaranteed.
Bus parks in designated lot at the track to offload our guests. Please return to this location immediately after the race.
Bus will depart the speedway approximately 30-45 minutes after checkered-flag.
Should you need handicap accessible accommodations please contact us via email and let us know so we can make the necessary arrangements to meet your needs. - Shuttle includes on-board restroom and under-bus storage so you don't have to hold your cooler on your lap!
